![]() ![]() The Zotero Connector is not there, nor could I find it in the App store or any other list of available extensions. In trying to figure out why nothing at all was showing up in Safari, I did search through the Extensions options (I don't know what you mean by "Extensions pane" – I have to go through the Preferences menu in Safari to get to the extensions list and options). You must have Zotero Standalone open to use the Chrome and Safari capture icons. You can not have Zotero in Firefox and Standalone open at the same time. Standalone has connectors that work with Safari and Chrome browsers as well as Firefox. The version was today's current version, but if you need more than that, the downloaded file was Zotero-5.0.83-beta.8+4290f26d7.dmg. Zotero Standalone is a separate software download that is not tied to the Firefox browser. I thought that getting it from the support page you referenced made it clear that it was the beta version for Safari. Pardon me for not recalling that it required an intermediate link or two to download the program. I said that I downloaded the "program/Connector" there, because the link in the original support page implies that it takes you to the beta download, and it appears that the beta version does not have a Connector separate from the Zotero program. ![]() I used that link, and downloaded the beta version. "A beta version of the Zotero Connector for Safari 13 is now available" (with "now available" being the hyperlink). I tried multiple times by deleting the application and downloading it again only it does not come up in my safari. Locate the 'Zotero.dotm' file in the Zotero program file hierarchy in the C drive of a Windows computer. Hi guys, the connector of Zotero on safari is not working. build.sh copies images and extension files. This will be reconciled in the future to only use gulp. At the moment the build process is awkward and uses a SH script and gulp procedures. If it does not, however, it is possible to solve this manually. The build process combines files from the Zotero codebase, common files to all connectors and specific files for Chrome/Firefox/Safari connectors. ![]() My second post explicitly said that I went to the support page. Zotero should automatically install the Word plugin on Windows when it is downloaded. ![]()
